PER CURIAM

The reporter's record in this case was due December 4, 2023. See Tex. R. App. P. 35.1. The court has not received a request to extend time for filing the record. The record has not been filed with the court. Appellant has established indigence or is presumed to be indigent. See Tex. R. App. P. 20.1. Because the reporter's record has not been filed timely, we issue the following order. Additionally, the ruling issued Thursday, December 21, 2023, granting appellant's opposed motion to extend time to file appellant's brief, is withdrawn.

We order Jenine Redden, the court reporter, to file the record in this appeal within 30 days of the date of this order. Appellant's brief is due 30 days after the record is filed in this appeal.
