ORDER

CRAIG SMITH JUSTICE

Before the Court are appellant's motions to proceed without prepayment of costs and requesting Court provide forms necessary to comply with appeal. We GRANT the motions. We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to mail appellant a paper copy of the docketing statement and to designate appellant as entitled to proceed without payment of appellate court costs. See Tex. R. App. P. 20.1, 32.1.

We note appellant filed his brief on the merits before the appellate record was filed. The briefing rules, however, require citations to the record. See id. 38.1. Accordingly, appellant shall file an amended brief within thirty days of the filing of the complete record. See id. 38.6(a).
