I have received your submissions concerning Petitioner Thomas Grant's Interim Application for Partial Payment of Attorneys' Fees and Costs from the Trust. In light of the fact that the interested parties have not objected to the request, I have attached an order granting that request. I also acknowledge that Bessemer and the Special Litigation Trustee have reserved their right to object to future fee applications
I have reserved decision on Petitioner Thomas Grant's Motion to Surcharge Fees to Bessemer Delaware until a final resolution of this case on the merits. At the conclusion of this litigation, the Petitioner should renotice his motion. To the extent the foregoing requires an order to take effect, IT IS SO ORDERED.
