Based on the Court's opinion of today's date, to the extent relator requests declaratory and injunctive relief and challenges a ruling by an associate judge, we DISMISS relator's petition for writ of mandamus; to the extent relator requests any other relief, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus; and we also STRIKE relator's petition for writ of mandamus, including its appendix.
