Order to show cause issued, returnable in Superior Court

The Secretary of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is ordered to show cause, returnable before the Los Angeles County Superior Court, why petitioner is not entitled to relief based on his claim that the 20-year sentence imposed on the shooting at an occupied vehicle conviction (Pen. Code, § 246) is unauthorized. The return must be served and filed on or before November 19, 2021.
