No. 05-06-01248-CV

Opinion issued September 20, 2006.

Original Proceeding from the 116 th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 04-02160-F.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial court erred in granting a motion for sanctions. Based on the record presented, we conclude the relators have failed to show that they do not have an adequate remedy at law. Accordingly, we DENY relators' petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 840-842 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding).
