THE COURT:

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on June 22, 2010, (185 Cal.App.4th 1112;___Cal.Rptr.3d___), be modified in the following particulars and the petition for rehearing is DENIED:

1. On page 3, the first full paragraph begins with the following: “The Legislature enacted the Lanterman-Petris-Short Act (LPS Act) (§ 5000 et seq.)." [185 Cal.App.4th 1117, 3d par., lines 1-2.] The quote should be changed to read: “The Legislature enacted the Lanterman Act.”

2. On page 3, the second full paragraph that continues onto page 4 [185 Cal.App.4th 1118, 1st full par.] should be eliminated. It begins with the words “The LPS Act” and ends with “others. (§ 5358.)”

3. On page 4 [185 Cal.App.4th 1118, 2d full par., line 1], the fourth word in the first full paragraph, “also, ” should be eliminated.

4. On page 4, footnote 5 [185 Cal.App.4th 1119, fn. 5, lines 2-3], reads: “... whether they are LPS coconservators, Probate Code coconservators, or Probate Code limited cocoservators.” The quote should be changed to read: “... whether they are Probate Code coconservators or Probate Code limited coconservators.”

The petition for rehearing is denied. There is no change in judgment.
