          JUDGMENT

          PHYLLIS HAMILTON, District Judge.

         The court having granted the motions to dismiss the second amended complaint filed by defendants Timothy A. Dreisbach; Ralph Derrickson; William Savoy; Vulcan Ventures; Lehman Brothers, Inc.; Solomon Smith Barney, Inc.; Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith; Chase H&Q; and J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc.; and having dismissed the second amended complaint with prejudice,

         It is Ordered and Adjudged that plaintiffs take nothing, and that the action be dismissed on the merits.
