Summary of Misconduct:

Mr. Menegas, who was licensed in 1987, was suspended on an interim basis and until further order of the Court. A hearing panel earlier concluded that he misappropriated $399,115 in connection with a real estate transaction and recommended his disbarment.


Order of the Court:

The petitions by respondent Sam V. Menegas and the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission for leave to file exceptions to the report and recommendation of the Review Board are allowed. Respondent is disbarred.
