In accordance with the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration § 1-108.J.3, the Chief Justice is responsible for appointing members of the Judicial Staff Education Committee. Now, therefore, pursuant to Article VI, Section 3, of the Arizona Constitution,
IT IS ORDERED that Julie Dybas is appointed to the Judicial Staff Education Committee for a term beginning July 1, 2010 and ending December 31, 2012.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Shelly Bacon is appointed Chair to the Judicial Staff Education Committee for a term beginning July 1, 2010 and ending December 31, 2012.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Marlin "Kip" Anderson is appointed Vice-Chair to the Judicial Staff Education Committee for a term beginning July 1, 2010 and ending December 31, 2012.
