MEMORANDUM OPINION


By petition for writ of mandamus, relators, Omar de la cruz Medina and Juan benitez-Martinez, seek relief to compel the trial court to vacate the November 27, 2007 order and grant plaintiffs' second motion to compel.

The underlying case is Omar de la cruz Medina and Juan Benitez-Martinez v. RylandHomes of Texas, Inc. and Arturo Olvera, cause number 2006-62175, in the 80th Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Lynn Bradshaw-Hull presiding.

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus.
