A clerk's record for jurisdiction was filed January 12, 2024. Our review has determined that a relevant item has been omitted from the clerk's record. See Tex. R. App. P. 34.5(c). The record does not contain (1) Respondent's Letter Filed June 9, 2023 requesting a new trial and (2) Respondent's Letter Filed June 9, 2023 titled "Notice of Appeal."
The Waller County Clerk is directed to file a supplemental clerk's record on or before February 15, 2024 containing the above listed documents.
