ORDER
Before the Court is appellant's November 2, 2017 motion for extension of time to file the reporter's record. Appellant requests an additional ten days to make payment arrangements for the reporter's record. We GRANT the motion to the extent that the reporter's record shall be filed by December 18, 2017
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Stephanie Hunn, Official Court Reporter for the 469th Judicial District Court, and counsel for all parties.
