IN THE INTEREST OF M.C.M. AND M.A.M., CHILDREN

On Appeal from the 366th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 366-53554-2020

Before Chief Justice Burns, Justice Molberg, and Justice Goldstein.

ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE.

Before the Court is appellee's motion to dismiss the appeal and appellant's response to the motion. We construe appellant's response as a motion to amend her notice of appeal to include the March 3, 2021 Final Order in Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship. We GRANT appellant's motion. This appeal encompasses both the trial court's January 27, 2021 order and the March 3 final order.

In light of the above, we DENY appellee's motion to dismiss the appeal.
