Opinion

No. 05-05-01122-CV

Opinion issued September 6, 2005.

Original Proceeding from the 366th Judicial District Court, Collin County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 366-1978-04.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices MOSELEY, BRIDGES, and FRANCIS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial judge abused his discretion in ordering them to produce documents they assert are privileged. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relators have not shown the trial judge clearly abused his discretion. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-44 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
