ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and Amanda FiggsGanter, Esq., 90 State Street, Albany, New York 12207, is relieved as counsel for claimant-respondent, and it is further

ORDERED that Catherine A. Barber, Esq., The Law Office of Catherine A. Barber, P.O. Box 1521, Guilderland, New York 12084 is appointed to represent claimant-respondent on the appeal (see Labor Law § 538). Claimant-respondent's brief shall be filed and served on or before July 19, 2022. The brief of the Commissioner of Labor, if any, shall be filed and served on or before August 2, 2022.
