Opinion

No. 05-06-00637-CV

Opinion issued May 25, 2006.

Original Proceeding from the 134th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 06-00788-G.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices WHITTINGTON, FITZGERALD, and LANG-MIERS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator has filed two petitions for mandamus in the same matter. In his petitions, relator complains that he has submitted various matters to the trial court and it has not responded. Relator's petitions fail to comply with the rules concerning the requirements for filing a petition for mandamus. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.3 and 52.7. Accordingly, we DENY relator's requests for mandamus relief. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8.
