ORDER
On April 28, 2020, relator Stephen McCarty filed a petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221. Relator asks this court to compel the Honorable David Perwin, presiding judge of the 505th District Court of Fort Bend County, to vacate his April 13, 2020 order granting the motion to set aside the jury's verdict and for new trial. On April 29, 2020, relator filed a motion seeking a stay of all proceedings in the trial court.
The motion is DENIED.
