IN RE MCCALL MINORS

LC No. 2008-478380-NA

ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

On the Court's own motion, the untimely claim of appeal is treated as a delayed application for leave to appeal. See In re Chester, 477 Mich 1012; 726 N.W.2d 411 (2007). By August 31, 2023, respondent-appellant shall file a brief in support of the application conforming to MCR 7.212(C), proof of service of that brief on counsel for the other parties, and the transcript copies as required under MCR 7.205(B)(4), so that this Court may consider whether to grant the application for leave to appeal. Any other party to the case may file an answer to appellant's brief in support of the application within 21 days after service of appellant's brief.

The Clerk's Office is directed to email a copy of this order to Cheryl White at Chervl.White@3rdcc.org.
