Before Division Two: Mark D. Pfeiffer, Presiding Judge, Gary D. Witt, Judge, Anthony Rex Gabbert, Judge

ORDER

Per Curiam:

John Matheis appeals the judgment of the Randolph County Circuit Court committing him to secure confinement in the custody of the Department of Mental Health as a sexually violent predator. He claims in three points on appeal that the trial court erred in admitting testimony and that his trial counsel was ineffective. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
