LC No. 20-000372-NA

Douglas B. Shapiro Presiding Judge, Mark T. Boonstra James, Robert Redford Judges

ORDER

Douglas B. Shapiro Presiding Judge.

Appellant's motion to show cause is DENIED.

Further, on its own motion pursuant to MCR 7.216(A)(7), Adil Haradhvala (P40095), counsel for appellant, shall determine whether transcripts for the March 10, 2022 and June 2, 2022 hearings were previously ordered. If those transcripts were not ordered, attorney Haradhvala shall order those transcripts on an expedited basis and provide this Court with a stenographer's certificate for those transcripts within 7 days of the Court's certification of this order. If those transcripts were previously ordered, attorney Haradhvala shall inform this Court in writing of the date the transcripts were ordered and the reporter from whom they were ordered. Additionally, attorney Haradhvala shall contact the trial court and determine if any notes, recordings, or other materials capable of transcription exist for the June 24, 2020 and June 25, 2020 hearing dates; and, if so, he shall order transcripts for those two hearing dates on an expedited basis and provide this Court with a stenographer's certificate within 7 days of the Court's certification of this order. If materials capable of transcription do not exist for the June 24, 2020 and/or June 25, 2020 hearing dates, attorney Haradhvala shall, within 14 days of the Clerk's certification of this order, take the steps required by MCR 7.210(B)(2) to settle the record for those hearing dates or explain in writing to this Court why taking the steps required by MCR 7.210(B)(2) will not reasonably lead to settlement of the record for those hearing dates.
