IN RE THE MARRIAGE OF: NANCY M. MEINHARDT, f/k/a STEWARD, Petitioner and Appellant, and JOSEPH H. STEWARD, Respondent and Appellee.
ORDER
On February 16, 2023, counsel for Appellant Nancy M. Meinhardt, f/k/a Steward, filed a Notice of Appeal in this matter along with a Notice of Transcripts Deemed Necessary for Appeal. In the latter Notice, counsel asserted that the transcript from the September 26, 2022 Hearing on Motion to Enforce and Motion for Contempt (Day 2) had been ordered in accordance with M. R. App. P. 8(3). Under M. R. App. P. 9(1), the record on appeal, including necessary transcripts, shall be transmitted to this Court within 40 days unless certain conditions are met. On March 3, 2023, the District Court record was filed in this Court. To date, no transcript has been filed, nor has this Court received any requests for extension of time.
IT IS ORDERED that, on or before June 30, 2023, counsel shall file a report on the status of this appeal. Failure to file a status report within that time will result in dismissal of this appeal with prejudice and without further notice.
