ORDER
Considering the record of this matter, and the "Motion to Strike and/or Dismiss Objection filed by Office of Disciplinary Counsel" filed by petitioner,
IT IS ORDERED that petitioner's motion be and hereby is denied.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter shall be remanded to the Disciplinary Board for consideration pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 24(H)(2).
