Summary of Misconduct:

Mr. Maples, who was licensed in 1995, was disbarred on consent. As a loan processor, he forged documents in two loan transactions. He was previously disciplined for unrelated misconduct.

Order of the Court:

The motion by Steven Andrew Maples to strike his name from the roll of attorneys licensed to practice law in Illinois pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 762(a) is allowed, effective immediately.
