AGREED ORDER GRANTING RELIEF FROM STAY


This matter came to be considered on the Motion for Relief from Stay (the "Motion") filed by Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, ("Movant") and response of Trustee to said Motion.

Movant has alleged that good cause exists for granting the Motion and that Debtor(s), Counsel for Debtor(s), the Chapter 7 Trustee, and all other necessary parties were served with the Motion and with notice of the hearing date on said Motion.

The parties have entered into an agreement resolving the Motion.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED:

1. That the Trustee hereby withdraws the Objection to Motion for Relief from Stay.

2. That the Motion is granted and the automatic stay imposed by Section 362 of the Bankruptcy Code is terminated with respect to Movant, its successors and assigns.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
