Opinion

No. 05-08-01551-CV

Opinion Filed December 5, 2008.

Original Proceeding from the County Court at Law No. 3, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. CC-08-01868-C.

Before Justices WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial judge erred by denying relator's motion to stay the proceedings in the Dallas County trial court pending disposition of related proceedings in an Oklahoma court. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. We conclude relator's petition is deficient in that it fails to comply with the requirements of Tex. R. App. P. 52.3 and Tex. R. App. P. 52.7. Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
