IN THE INTEREST OF M.A.A., A CHILD

On Appeal from the 382nd Judicial District Court Rockwall County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 01-09-843

ORDER

Before the Court are appellant's "Request Permission to Enter First Supplemental to First Motion for Judicial Notice" and accompanying "First Supplemental to First Motion for Judicial Notice." By these filings, appellant seeks to have judicial notice taken of facts relating to actions of the parties not before the trial court at the time the appealed judgment was rendered. Because the filings concern post-judgment matters, we DENY appellant's supplemental motions. See Tanner v. McCarthy, 274 S.W.3d 311, 323 n. 22 (Tex. App.—Houston [1st Dist.] 2008, no pet.) (refusing to consider record of hearing that occurred after ruling at issue in appeal).
