Appeal from the 65 District Court of El Paso County, Texas (TC# 2014DCM1307) ORDER
In order to protect the identity of the minor child who is the subject of this appeal, the Court has determined on its own motion that it is necessary to identify the child by her initials, M. H., and the parents by initials as well, in all papers submitted to the Court, including letters, motions, and briefs. See Tex.R.App.P. 9..8. The Court will also refer to the child and parents by their initials in correspondence, orders, and in its opinion and judgment.
Further, on the Court's own motion, it is ORDERED that the Clerk's Record (1 volume), First Supplemental Clerk's Record (1 volume) and the Reporter's Record (2 volumes + 1 exhibit volume) filed in cause number 08-15-00091-CV, styled In the Interest of M. H., a Child, be filed and considered part of the record in the above styled and numbered cause. The District Clerk of El Paso County is ORDERED to prepare a second supplemental clerk's record containing the Notice of Appeal filed June 25, 2015 and Order of Termination signed on June 5, 2015 and file it with this Court on or before July 6, 2015. The Appellant's brief will be due twenty days after the supplemental clerk's record is filed.
