MEMORANDUM OPINION

By petition for writ of mandamus, relator, Robert E. Lozano, challenges the trial court's February 9, 2007 order holding him in contempt for failure to pay child support.

The underlying lawsuit is In the Matter of the Marriage of Jody J. Lozano and Robert E. Lozano, Jr. and In the Interest of L.G.L., A Minor Child, Cause No. 2005-18550 in the 312th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable James D. Squier, presiding.
