ORDER

PER CURIAM

On December 1, 2023, relator filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus challenging an "Order for Writ of Capias and Setting of Bond." We invited the respondent and the real party in interest to file a response to the petition by December 18, 2023. On December 18, 2023, the real party in interest filed a motion requesting an extension of that deadline until January 7, 2024. We GRANT the motion and ORDER the real party in interest to file the response, if any, by January 7, 2024. In the interest of efficiency, we also extend the respondent's deadline to file a response until January 7, 2024.

It is so ORDERED.
