Order to show cause issued; returnable in Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Five
Petitioner's motion for judicial notice of the record in People v. Adam Loza, Second District Court of Appeal, (B212250) is granted.
The Secretary of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is ordered to show cause before the Second District Court of Appeal, Division Five, when the matter is placed on calendar, why petitioner is not entitled to the relief requested. (See People v. Banks (2015) 61 Cal.4th 788.) The return is to be filed on or before January 13, 2017.
