ORDER
PER CURIAM.
Pending before the Court is Relator's emergency motion to stay order regarding attorney's fees. The motion is GRANTED. Accordingly, the trial court is ordered to stay the portion of its November 28, 2023 order requiring the immediate payment of $50,000 in attorney's fee from the trust account of Josh/Jake Spencer (Loya account)in cause number 2020DCM0044, styled Victoria Loya v. Alfredo Loya and in The Interest of A.M.L. IV, pending resolution of this mandamus action or further order of this Court.
Further, the Court asks for a response from the Respondent to the Relator's Petition for Writ of Mandamus by December 19, 2023.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
