MEMORANDUM OPINION
PER CURIAM
Relator, Arthur David Lowe, has filed these petitions for writ of mandamus, seeking to compel the Harris County District Clerk to forward his notice of appeal to the Court of Appeals.
The underlying case is The State of Texas v. Arthur David Lowe, cause number 659156, pending in the 339th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Te'iva Bell presiding.
We deny the petitions. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8. Any pending motions are dismissed as moot.
