MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

Relator, Arthur David Lowe, has filed petitions for writ of mandamus challenging the trial court's order denying his motion concerning allegations of noncompliance with Texas Code of Criminal Procedure article 42.14.

The underlying case is The State of Texas v. Arthur David Lowe, cause numbers 659154 and 659156, pending in the 339th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Te'iva J. Bell presiding.

We deny the petitions. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a). Any pending motions are dismissed as moot.
