Opinion

No. 05-05-00003-CV

Opinion issued January 4, 2005.

Original Proceeding from the 193rd Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 04-09640-L.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices MORRIS, RICHTER, and MAZZANT.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial judge erred in finding her to be a vexatious litigant and ordering her to pay a security deposit to continue the underlying litigation. We conclude relator has not shown herself entitled to the relief requested because relator has provided no record to this Court showing the trial court abused its discretion in finding relator to be a vexatious litigant pursuant to section 11.054 or that the security ordered is unreasonable under section 11.055. Tex. Civ. Prac. Rem. Code Ann. §§ 11.054, .055 (Vernon 2002). Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a).
