ORDER

Patricia O. Alvarez, Justice

On August 31, 2022, this court issued an opinion and judgment. On September 15, 2022, Appellee filed an unopposed motion for extension of time to file a motion for rehearing until September 30, 2022. See Tex. R. App. P. 49.9. On September 20, 2022, this court granted the motion, extending the time for Appellee to file a motion for rehearing until September 30, 2022.

On September 30, 2022, Appellee wrote to this court stating that the parties intended to settle and that she would not submit a motion for rehearing after all.

On October 7, 2022, Appellee submitted an opposed motion for extension of time to file a motion for rehearing, explaining that settlement negotiations between the parties were unsuccessful.

Appellee's motion for extension of time is granted. See id. Appellee's motion is due to be filed with this court by November 4, 2022.
