Opinion

No. 05-04-00219-CV.

Opinion and Order issued March 1, 2004.

Original Proceeding from the Criminal District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. F03-56646-H.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices MORRIS, FITZGERALD, and LANG-MIERS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial judge abused her discretion in denying relator's motion for a bond reduction. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown he is entitled to the relief requested. Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-44 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding).
