MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relator, Danny Thethy Lieng, has filed a petition for a writ of mandamus contending that the respondent has failed to act on relator's request for a de novo hearing under section 201.015 of the Texas Family Code.
The underlying case is In the Interest of N.N.L., a Child, Cause No. 2011-36103, in the 247th District Court of Harris County, the Honorable John Schmude.
We deny the petition.
