Opinion

No. 05-06-01518-CV.

Delivered: December 12, 2006.

Original Proceeding from the County Court at Law No. 4 Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. CC-05-4382-D.

Before Justices MORRIS, RICHTER, and MAZZANT Opinion by Justice RICHTER.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

In this petition for writ of mandamus, relator contends the trial court has abused its discretion by denying its plea to the jurisdiction. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them here. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown the trial court abused its discretion. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-40 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
