In the Matter of Mary Elizabeth Lenti, An Attorney At Law (Attorney No. 029932011)


ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 20-260 and DRB 20-273, concluding that Mary Elizabeth Lenti of Mount Holly, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 2012, should be censured for violating RPC 1 .3 (lack of diligence), RPC 1.4 (b) (failure to communicate with client), RPC 5.3 (b) (failure to supervise a non-lawyer assistant), RPC 8.1 (a) (false statement of material fact in a disciplinary matter), and RPC 8.4 (c) (conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation);

And Mary Elizabeth Lenti having been ordered to show cause why she should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined;

And good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that Mary Elizabeth Lenti is hereby censured; and it is further

ORDERED Mary Elizabeth Lenti shall refund the sum of $1, 250 paid by her client as a retainer in the Quesada matter within sixty days after the filing date of this Order; and it is further

ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of 1 respondent's file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.
