IN RE Cassandra L. LEIJA

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Original Mandamus Proceeding PER CURIAM Sitting: Patricia O. Alvarez, Justice Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice Jason Pulliam, Justice PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2010-08-27732-CV, styled In the Interest of J.J.C., A Child, pending in the 38th Judicial District Court, Uvalde County, Texas, the Honorable Spencer Whitewood Brown presiding. --------

On December 10, 2015, relator Cassandra L. Leija filed a petition for writ of mandamus complaining of the trial court's temporary orders entered in the underlying suit for modification of a prior final order in a suit affecting the parent-child relationship. The court has considered relator's petition for writ of mandamus, the response filed on behalf of the real party in interest and relator's reply and is of the opinion that relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
