IN RE CLAUDE RAY LEESON JR.

On Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus.

Before Chief Justice Contreras and Justices Benavides and Longoria Order Per Curiam

ORDER

PER CURIAM

Relator Claude Ray Leeson Jr. has filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus through which he alleges that the trial court's order holding him in contempt: (1) does not constitute a sufficient commitment order and deprives relator of due process; (2) is void because it did not provide relator with notice and hearing to determine if relator breached the terms and conditions of an order; and (3) is void because the order relator is alleged to have violated does not spell out the terms of compliance in clear, specific, and unambiguous terms.

The Court requests that the real party in interest, Vanessa Leeson, or any others whose interests might be directly affected by the relief sought, including but not limited to the receiver, Steve Lopez, file a response to the petition for writ of habeas corpus within seven days from the date of this order. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.4, 52.8.
