Paragraphs 5 and 6 of the August 15, 2003 Order Approving Second Interim Application of Debtors' General Co-Counsel Torres Limtiaco Cruz Sison, PLLC and Jones Vargas for Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses (for the period covering December 01, 2002 through May 31, 2003) are hereby amended as follows to correctly reflect the compensation payable to Jones Vargas as granted at the August 14, 2003 hearing on this matter.
The August 15, 2003 order which presently reads:
5. Debtors-in-Possession are authorized and directed to pay $ 12,547.30 out of Debtors-in-Possession cash on hand towards the Jones Vargas outstanding balance from the First Interim Fee Application and $4,676.93 for the period of December 01, 2002 through May 31, 2003.
6. The payment of the remaining balance of $22,022.25 owed to Torres Limtiao Cruz Sison, PLLC and the payment of the remaining balance of $12.547.30 owed to Jones Vargas under their respective Second Interim Fee Applications shall be deferred until Debtors-in-Possession have available additional funds for payment of administrative expenses. At such, time, Torres Limtiaco Cruz Sison, PLLC and Jones Vargas will file and serve a "Notice of Payment of Approved Fees," setting forth the source of the funds for payment and the date upon which the payment will be made. Interested parties shall have 15 calendar days from service of this "Notice of Payment of Approved Fees" to file and serve an objection and request a hearing. Unless an objection is timely filed as provided herein and a hearing set with the Bankruptcy Court by the objecting party, the payment will be made to Debtors' counsel.
Is hereby amended to read:
5. Debtors-in-Possession are authorized and directed to pay $ 12,547.30 out of Debtors-in-Possession cash on hand towards the Jones Vargas outstanding balance from the First Interim Fee Application and $7,452.70 for the period of December 01, 2002 through May 31, 2003.
6. The payment of the remaining balance of $22,022.25 owed to Torres Limtiao Cruz Sison. PLLC and the payment of the remaining balance of $9.771.53 owed to Jones Vargas under their respective Second Interim Fee Applications shall be deferred until Debtors-in-Possession have available additional funds for payment of administrative expenses. At such, time, Torres Limtiaco Cruz Sison, PLLC and Jones Vargas will file and serve a "Notice of Payment of Approved Fees," setting forth the source of the funds for payment and the date upon which the payment will be made. Interested parties shall have 15 calendar days from service of this "Notice of Payment of Approved Fees" to file and serve an objection and request a hearing.
