ORDER ON MOTION Trial court case number: 2013-42628 Trial court: 247th District Court of Harris County

On August 20, 2019, relator, Alex Eduardo Lechin, filed a petition for a writ of mandamus seeking to compel the respondent trial judge to vacate her July 26, 2019 order denying relator's motion to recuse and amended motion to disqualify and to enter an order disqualifying herself. With his petition, relator filed an "Emergency Motion for Temporary Relief on Petition for Writ of Mandamus" seeking to stay the trial setting for August 21, 2019, pending disposition of this petition. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.10(a).

The Court denies the relator's emergency motion for temporary relief.
