IN THE INTEREST OF L.C.W., A CHILD

On Appeal from the 468th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 468-52014-2020.

ORDER

BONNIE LEE GOLDSTEIN, JUSTICE.

On September 21, 2023, we suspended the deadline for the filing of the appellate record pending a hearing on a contest to appellant's statement of inability to afford costs. Our order suspending the deadline directed Collin County District Clerk Michael Gould to file, no later than October 16, 2023, either a supplemental clerk's record containing a copy of the trial court's written order on the contest or a status report. In accordance with the order, Mr. Gould has filed a status report informing the Court that the hearing was canceled and appellant will be paying for the record. Mr. Gould asks that the deadline for the filing of the record be set forty-five days from the original October 3, 2023 deadline. Attached to Mr. Gould's letter is correspondence from court reporters Robin Benton and Robyn Rodriguez, also reflecting appellant will be paying for the record.

We GRANT Mr. Gould's request and ORDER Mr. Gould, Ms. Benton, and Ms. Rodriguez to file their respective records no later than November 17, 2023.

A copy of this order shall be sent to Mr. Gould, Ms. Benton, Ms. Rodriguez, and the parties.
