ORDER

Before the Court is the January 25, 2022 third request of Court Reporter LaToya Young-Martinez for an extension of time to file the reporter's record. Ms. Young-Martinez requests a three-day extension of time. We GRANT the request and extend the time to January 28, 2022. We caution Ms. Young-Martinez that no further requests will be granted and failure to file the record by the deadline will result in an order that she not sit as a reporter until the record is filed.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order the Honorable Kimberly Brown, Presiding Judge of the 254th Judicial District Court; Stacy Harlow, Official Court Reporter for the 254th Judicial District Court; Ms. Young-Martinez; and, all parties.
