Original Mandamus Proceeding

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2006-CI-16638, styled In the Matter of the Marriage of Sam Lajzerowicz and Estelita Ocampo Lajzerowicz and in the Interest of Ludmyla Lajzerowicz, a Child, pending in the 285th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Stephani A. Walsh presiding. --------

On August 26, 2016, Relator filed a motion for reconsideration and a motion for leave to file his motion for reconsideration outside the fifteen day period provided by Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 52.9. The panel GRANTS Relator's motion for leave, has considered the motion for reconsideration and it is DENIED.
