ORDER
Before the Court is appellee's January 15, 2016 unopposed motion for an extension of time to file a brief. The motion was filed by attorney Sandra White. In an order dated January 15, 2016, the Court granted Ms. White's motion to withdraw as counsel and, on the Court's own motion, extended the deadline for appellee's brief to February 18, 2016. Accordingly, we DENY appellee's motion.
