ORDER

PER CURIAM

Appellant is appealing an order of transfer to the custody of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. See Tex. Fam. Code Ann. § 54.011(i)(2). Appellant is represented by appointed counsel, Daniel Krieger. On October 19, 2023, time to file appellant's brief expired without a brief and no motion for extension of time was filed.

We order appellant's appointed counsel, Daniel Krieger, to file appellant's brief no later than November 30, 2023. If the brief is not filed by that date, counsel may be required to show cause why he should not be held in contempt of court. In addition, the court may require appointment of new counsel due to the failure to timely file appellant's brief.
