This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 12-2153-CV, styled In the Interest of C.A.S. and T.A.S., Children, pending in the 25th Judicial District Court, Guadalupe County, Texas, the Honorable Robin V. Dwyer presiding.

On November 17, 2017, Real Party in Interest Timothy Stewart filed an unopposed motion requesting additional time to file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus in this proceeding. The motion for extension of time is GRANTED. Real Party in Interest may file a response to the petition in this court no later than November 20, 2017. Any such response must conform to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 52.4.
